I changed from BT to EE same company I know , how can I not receive Wi-Fi signal on my phone and broadband. I bet if I stopped paying the bill they would be sending letters .

i raised a case then see they closed it !!!!

Can you see your router SSID when you search for WiFi.

Which router do you have.
