    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. The cable isn't stuck to the wall like that, it's completely loose that's why I was unsure if it came out or was installed like that. Stupid question, but do you think they would charge to come out and have this fixed? If so, not a large amount I hope!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Openreach CSP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I have noticed the cable to the openreach box outside the house for the full fibre broadband (think it's called the CSP?) looks like it has possibly come out - not sure if it's supposed to look like this. Broadband still works and everything though. I've attached a photo of what I'm talking about, and it looks like the large grey cable should be going directly into the box rather than looping round, right? S&lt;SPAN&gt;hould I contact EE to send someone out?
