      <description>&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been with EE many many years now but it seems my home hub is struggling to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I rang the help line from a phone number on the website but the person on the other end so it shows there is only a BT line and&amp;nbsp; home broadband account with EE?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it be because I've been with them since the Internet started back then I think it was Orange?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the best way forward now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which model of router are you using? A Home Hub is a BT router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What exactly did the person at the other end say about your line? Was it that you had a landline with BT &amp;amp; a BB connection with EE?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
