Yes the landline was on DV every time anyone ring they said there was a engaged tone we tried to ring out we got the same EE tried to repair the fault but it only work one or two calls no one could ring us so I cancelled it now using Mobil and that no better very poor service been on going since January. As for the tv when router was in the living room it worked fine on BT . EE in there wisdom put it in dining room a good18/20 meters away from the tv when I asked why he put there he said would work fine when it didn’t he said I could buy a20 meter lead from eBay not the answer I was looking for when I rang EE the tv experts said the BT box would not work onEE fibre so we cancelled the tv box again very disappointed outcome .TV now working fine but no record box which is all we wanted</description>
