I can not receive or make calls from home landline phone or get the package I paid for ( sky sports ) &nbsp;I have tried to call EE and they are full of promises to fix this but nothing gets sorted out . I can not cancel the contract without having to pay a £1000 exit fee so this is not an option . I am at a loss at what to do with them I have spent hours on my mobile phone trying to get this problem resolved .i just keep getting told it is a network problem and they will fix it but it never happens . I have no way of ringing out of receiving call . I am at my wits end with this problem and don’t know what more I can do . HELP .
