    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an issue with EE been trying to sort it out for over a month now and nobody seems able to fix my problem . I can not receive or make calls from home landline phone or get the package I paid for ( sky sports ) &amp;nbsp;I have tried to call EE and they are full of promises to fix this but nothing gets sorted out . I can not cancel the contract without having to pay a £1000 exit fee so this is not an option . I am at a loss at what to do with them I have spent hours on my mobile phone trying to get this problem resolved .i just keep getting told it is a network problem and they will fix it but it never happens . I have no way of ringing out of receiving call . I am at my wits end with this problem and don’t know what more I can do . HELP . HELP &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;this is not customer services and there is no account access and no one knows who you are or what you ordered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if you give the broadband care team a call they will be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;
