topic EE Broadband Order Failure in Broadband & Landline

Hello,

I would like to share an experience I had.

I ordered EE broadband 2 weeks ago online, but no confirmation Email, no communication whatsoever. I received a txt message last week from EE saying "thank you for your order, we will be back in touch with an update." On the website I thought my broadband equipment would be delivered this weekend,

However when I called EE broadband customer service, to get an update, the guy I spoke to had NO RECORD of my order whatsoever, under my email or phone number, despite him investigating for several minutes. This is a complete IT failure, in that your IT system is creating stuck orders, but other systems are not updated. Absolute joke, I will not be signing up to EE broadband, and take my business elsewhere, in fact it seems that is was not possible for me to do so anyway!
