Less than 3 months ago I signed up for my broadband package and I'm already having a bad experience with EE. In my first month as a customer I received a message saying that someone at my address was wanting to take over my broadband, I contacted EE and said that I was not moving and that they were not passing my broadband, after my service they assured me that everything would be ok, that I shouldn't worry about anything, less than a month later EE cuts my internet signal leaving me adrift with my responsibilities that make me need my broadband, and still sends me an email wanting me charge for this, I got in touch and they told me that they would not cancel that in less than 2 hours they would reestablish my internet, the summary is that EE canceled my internet and the only "alternative" is that I should be left without my broadband to They send an alternative, I'm extremely disappointed, I tried to access my app and it's not even sending the message with the two-factor protection code.
