If you check on the BT wholesale against your phone/address it will give you a better idea. If EE can offer the service then it should be available. Link below.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am awaiting delivery of a 4th package from BT/EE for my transfer to Fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sent 2 back already but have no idea what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see the fibre cables on the telegraph pole outside my house so assume I can be connected?&amp;nbsp; Helpful phone calls lasting an hour at a time merely result in New Orders being created then cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this an issue because the merger has made the management too big to cope?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
