      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; Sean. I was moved from BT to EE last year. Sine then we to have had phone problems I refused their mobile package and went with Tesco.&amp;nbsp; but the land line is EE and we get the same issues you spoke about. I have complained twice now and nothing alters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is so frustrating and causing me difficulties, my email keeps locking me out and EE web site don't recognise my email address. If you know a contact number I would be grateful if you could give it to me as it is now affecting my&amp;nbsp; life and sanity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and please keep us informed how you get on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yours Sincerely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris Swain&lt;/P&gt;</description>
