Instagram is blocked on EE broadband

I think someone reported this type of issue earlier but from yesterday I started facing this.

Instagram app is not loading any reels, feeds or msg when connected to broadband but when I switched to mobile data it worked

Speedtest report is 67mbps on my 67mbps plan

Sometimes Fire TV is also getting disconnected

Instagram web is working but app is not loading reels and feeds when connected to EE broadband.

While on mobile data or other ISP broadband it works fine.

Yes I’m asking if any member know the solution.

By the way, I created a bridge in router and iPhone with custom DNS and issue is resolved but this is not something all EE broadband customer will be interested to do so I’m looking for solution in this thread

@Rky you are the only one with this issue, the link you provided showed issues with mobile broadband, not landline broadband.

Are there other sites you are not able to connect to?

What router and service do you have?

Changing DNS was this on the device or the router?

Have you tried a reset of each device/router?

Then you mention a Fire stick, it would be more helpful to see your roter stats or any other info you can provide.

This is EE smarthub blocking instagram, amazon delivery tracking maps etc not sure what other things are getting blocked.

@Rky - do you have any parental controls settings enabled? Is it a Smart Hub or Smart Hub Plus that you have?

Smart Hub Plus, I checked and it is on strict mode, now I turned off, will provide feedback after few hours if turn off is helpful or not

Problem was instagram was not working fine.

Solution is remove parental controls
