&lt;P&gt;We have no way of doing so here, there is no account access and we do not know who you are, this is a public forum, you will have to contact customer service for this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is also correct, that you have to wait until the order has been cancelled before placing a new order. We also cannot confirm any details of payments, as I have written you will have to speak to customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your order is cancelled, you should receive a refund of any amount taken out within 7-10 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
