PARENT CONTROL

We had a new contact with EE because they advertised parent controls and made it sound so great, but in real life I have wasted hours of time on the phone and internet trying so sort this problem. I still have no controls set up and in my opinion EE are defrauding customers out of money because what they advertise and what they do, are not the same. A very unhappy Customer.

@badgerman70 which package do you have?

Not all packages have parental control, it may be something you have to pay extra for if you are on one of the new EE services.
