Ah that might be it then. I was on the same as you. Its a handy little device to have so I wouldn't mind the EE branded model to go with my EE branded price rise 😂

Full Fibre Gigabit Full Works but no mention of receiving Smart Hybrid Connect?

I have just migrated across from BT to EE and as part of the package I signed up to I should have Smart Hybrid Connect included. It's mentioned in my account and confirmation emails but is not one of the things they are telling me are in the post. I have been informed that the hub and wifi extender is on the way.

How/when do I get sent the Smart Hybrid Connect box?

Wil copy link from XrayspeX as it has a picture guide so you can see. And watch the SmartWiFi someone has been dispatching the wrong module which does not work, but hopefully that has now been corrected.

Broadband & Landline - The EE Community

KEEP it all until you are happy that your new is working how you want it... Best advice i can give on that.

I did the same and switched from BT to EE, but as I was already on Halo+3 and full fibre, I was allowed to keep the BT hybrid device. All I had to return was the Smart Hub 2 & the wi-fi disc.
So what Broadband package were you on with BT.

With mine the hub & hybrid are both black, but the EE version of the wi-fi disc is white. But as you say having a matching set looks better.
