Is it possible to use aerials on the Smart Hub Plus via the USB port? I have a Smart Hub at the bottom of the stairs, but the Smart WiFi box at the top of the stairs is permanently on orange.

I agree with everyone else who claims the BT Hubs are better because my first experience with EE is not good. I either have to be able to crank up the signal strength or fit Hi Gain aerials... if possible!

Thanks in advance

Try moving it closer to the hub or one of the other Smart WiFi Plus devices.

The USB port of the SH+ is ineffective for users. It is understood it is for diagnostics by EE developers.

Maybe I should have a more up to date router but it's a shame you can't boost the signal in some way.

The SH+ is the latest. Why do you think it's 'old'?
