      <description>&lt;P&gt;whenever i try to link my ee broadband with the myee app it tells me "please enter a valid billing account number". i have tried multiple times over and over but it keeps saying the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions on what to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If so, your BB a/c no. will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this, with the app asking me to enter a 9 digit account number when they are actually 10 digits long (GB + 8 numbers)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on iOS I deleted the app and redownloaded it from the app store and it fixed the problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Not sure, didn't realise there was a difference? we took it out at the same&lt;BR /&gt;time as a mobile phone contract, we don't have a landline but we do have an&lt;BR /&gt;EE hub if that helps?</description>

You will have 2 separate account numbers so you know. The e-mail should indicate which one is which.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
