      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4441350"&gt;@tractorboy70&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Did EE send you the bill to view online, also 1st bill is sample and explains all, there may have been additional charges if they replaced your router, add on for postage. Your EE ID account will also show estimated 2nd bill, it does take 3 months of payments before it displays correct so you know, but payment amount is as per contract. HTH&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, they e taken a vastly increased payment for a package I never ordered, on both broadband and mobile, I’m hoping too it gets resolved when they take the next payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
