topic Mis sold broad band deal in Broadband & Landline

I was mis sold a broadband deal with EE transferring from BT. I asked if there was any price difference to the BT deal that I was on and was told that I would be paying the same for the same on EE! However, this was not the case! It also happened to me when I moved mobiles to EE from BT!
I was under the impression that I was only moving broadband and not my TV services, however that was not the case! Not only did I move from Fibre 500 to Fibre 300 apparently my TV services moved also without the HD that I was already paying for! Now why would I do that and have to pay an extra £26 for that privilege! I would have been mad to!
When I realised what had happened, I phoned back only to be told that I couldn’t change back to BT! To insult to injury the lady also told me that I could cancel the contract only to be left without any broadband or TV services!

Do I have any redress ,or options left to me without incurring any extra fees?
