I have recently upgraded my Broadband to EE Smart Hub Plus router. However my 2 Smart WiFi Discs seem unable to pair with the new router? The help services seem to be unable to suggest anything to rectify this-they suggested both discs are faulty!

Is this a common problem or is there something that needs to be changed re new router settings to enable pairing to take place?
