@Ilstupendo it’s flashing red because it’s not connected to the Internet try turning off for 30 seconds and then restarting it

@Ilstupendo what type of broadband do you have?

If Full Fibre are the lights on the ONT on?

If via your phone line, is that working?

@Ilstupendo What the lights mean for the EE Router. Link below. If this is on the ONT from OR then BT web site will explain those.
