If you need to speak with customer services call them on 150 from a EE device

My elderly father has just got a text from EE after recently transferring his broadband from Plusnet. It says”We need you to call us in the next three days on 0330 123 1105 to confirm some information about your recent order. If we do not hear from you, your order will be cancelled.” However when he tries to phone the number he can’t get through. Does this sound genuine, and if so what should we do??

It's not a scam! That is a legit phone no. for EE. He really needs to call them to confirm some info they want if he wants his order to go thro'.
