      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help. My landline is my lifeline. Yesterday it was crackling and today no line. I have emergency mobile but for some reason I am unable to make a call on that. I reported fault yesterday but now it is of no use. As a disabled user I am panicking about being cut off from the outside world and would like to contact them by email. I find it difficult to accept that there is no email address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks Dee&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
