&lt;P&gt;Are you payg or pay monthly contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you change your payment date youll be billed for the difference between payment date on a pro rata basis. This is the same as any contract or consumer credit contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a broadband router changed billing date last month to end as it fell in middle of month which was ackward for my benefits and all my other bills end of month easier for me but did ask for a £70 bill for a normal £42 one i get everything go3s up but thats overkill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you look at the breakdown of your bill, does it cover a longer period than usual?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Changing your billing date can often cause a one off higher bill.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4425678"&gt;@Bethie1995&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, you can either log in via the EE App or via the website into your account and check there, on the app scroll down and click on manage and there you will see billing, click on that and you will see it says see your full monthly bill you can then download the bill and see the full breakdown.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want it sent to you, you would have to pay a fee, so this is the cheaper option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
