    <description>&lt;P&gt;@Profile closed&amp;nbsp;It is not 100% sure that you will receive a new hub on the BT/EE upgrade path if it is deemed that what you have currently is good enough. If you do have an e-mail stating that you will get one some do and some don't, it is documented in the terms and conditions. This may be specially if you do have the BT Smarthub2. Please check e-mails or look in your account information for further. Broadband connection to EE works with either as they are supposed to be the same company. HTH Have a look at BT upgrade on the BT site?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;only just switch over from bt broadband 12th/June/2024 agent told me I would receive a new&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hub. but nothing turned up yet. still using bt hub , but broadband is working at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;correct speed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have got Bt home hub 2 &amp;nbsp;and just looked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at emails. No info about EE hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so thanks for your reply it’s really&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;helpful .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
