The receiver for my oil tank transmitter only works on 2.4GHz. Having just switched to EE, it will no longer pair with my new EE router. What to do? ANY help most welcome.

Thanks v much. Will the receiver continue to function when I switch the 5GHz back on? Also I guess I will have to re-pair all my other devices which EE did for me on a home visit when they set up the hub. (I had forgotten the tank receiver)
