      <title>Upgrading my broadband 2024</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been sent an email to upgrade my broadband as my contract is about to run out, but not sure how I do it when the 150 service is sending me in circles, think it’s out of order or something. &amp;nbsp;I have to do this, this week as I been told I have to do it by this Thursday 13th June. Why is this so complicated?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I just tried call 0330 123 1105 option 2 for broadband then option 2 billing and got through OK, although it take longer to initially connect than usual, but still only a few seconds.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mustram, sorry for the delay in replying as I had to go out quickly afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i eventually got through on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;0800 0790357.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It was before I read your reply, although I was in a queue for 30 mins, I did get sorted. The 150 number kept sending me a link to get through, although the text triggered a link which just told me the service was out of order.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank you for your reply though, and I have kept a note of the number as it may be faster in future.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
