Where does the cable go to? If it's to your property you need to contact EE.

The phone cable coming from the pole across the road is hanging so low that tall vehicles hit it.

I was away for the weekend and seen it was hanging very low across the road when I returned.

Does anyone know if it is EE or BT I contact to get this resolved as it is a hazard.
