No, EE provide no email contact. You must cancel by phone or letter. Anyway as your bill is paid a month in advance you will likely get a rebate. You still need to give 14 days notice regardless of when VM take over.

Hi, I recently paid my final bill of my WiFi contract and I can't phone up to say that I'm going to another provider. What can I do about informing them so I don't get charged beyond this month?

Unless you are migrating to VM or you are changing to or from FTTP your new ISP should inform EE & your EE contract will be cancelled. Otherwise you will need to cancel with EE yourself.

There is always across over point, so you may have another bill. All refunds for over payments will be returned to your bank if paying by DD. Do not understand why you cannot call, there is free phone numbers associated with most ISP's now a days.

You need to call EE CS and cancel your contract, allow an overlap unless you have VM up and running just now. And from your starting post WHY if you say that you have paid the final bill, do you know for certain it was the EE Final bill that they gave you, IF so then you are done. Confused.....
