I got new contract with you back in April. No message with link or any info, rang you twice ,been told someone will ring me back, 2 weeks ago ...... Still waiting.

Hi @sggutek have you checked your emails, it may have ended up in the trash folder?

Login to https://ee.co.uk/go/gaming with your EE ID. View your add-ons then scroll down to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and tap Add/Activate.
