    <description>&lt;P&gt;After switching my BT hub for EE, all laptop, tablet and phone sucessfuly connected but HIVE control not connected. And yes, it is plugged to the hub. Can anyone help. We are without heating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try on the Advanced &amp;gt; Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band &amp;amp; move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The following Help page from Hive should guide you through all the options, but do note it can take 15mins or so to reconnect after a reset.&lt;/P&gt;
