      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received my router and TV box today and engineers booked for next week to connect fiber cable to the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it better to try and set up in advance via current connections or to leave it till the engineer is here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it was you who had to cancel your existing internet then if no overlap you just have to hope that it all goes smooth. This is a public forum and you are not addressing anyone from EE with account access, you could call but it will be highly unlikely that anything will change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
