    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cheers Chris worked on both fronts with Ardhil on BT sorting the £150 as a failure to record return ? He then passed me to Danyl on EE who very quickly sorted the necessary credit &amp;amp; revised subscription missing roaming - very time consuming for this 79 year OAP but worth it in the end - hope the compensation ex grsatia payments reflects the stress &amp;amp; anxiety they put me through? Thanks for the guidance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS watch this space for promised install of full fibre 500GB All Rounder plan promised by 16 June - 90 days after first farrago ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Following a **bleep** up with installation (still ongoing?) I’ve been charged ) £150 with no explanation at all BUT if it’s for the 2 x £75 extra tv boxes not fitted obviously &amp;amp; returned on 15 April 2024 as I told EE ?? Any help for this 79 year OAP please &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
