Hi, how did you get on?

I'm within my 14 day cancellation period and having taken out the Fibre 67 Essentials broadband plus Digital Home Phone I decided to cancel the Digital Home Phone part. EE cancelled the Digital Home Phone but switched my broadband to Essentials Fibre 36! Trying to sort this out with EE is a NIGHTMARE I just get bounced around from different departments. I raised a complaint on 24th May, yesterday I received an email saying that the complaint had been resolved which it certainly hasn't! I finally managed to speak to a very apologetic man yesterday and get his email address who said he would sort it all out, but surprise surprise he's away until the day after my cancellation period ends!

Surely it's just a simple job to switch my contract back to what I agreed in the first place?

Does anyone have details of how to actually cancel? I was with BT for years and never had a single issue. EE and BT are the same company aren't they?

Thanks
