So I switched to BT broadband, but EE are still taking money from my bank for Broadband??? Anyone else.

@LJ222 when did you move?

You would normally get your final bill from EE around 3 weeks after you move, and should incude any refund due, so don't close your DD as that will only delay the repayment.

Have you had a seperaye bill from BT?

Or could you have been moved to a New EE contract?
