Hi

I have been migrated from BT to EE with BT committed for the same plan and service but I was not getting the same service and plan , I contacted EE which EE asked me to pay more for the same plan so I have asked to cancel as I wasn't getting the committed speeds and service.

Some gentlemen from EE said instead of cancelling within cooling off period he said I will give 30 days to shop around but all of sudden I have received a notice from EE saying that pay early contract ending charges which is not acceptable.

Want to understand if anyone faced the similar issue and how it was resolved.
