When did you return the equipment?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed so if the reminder has been received within this time you can ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Too Many Emails from EE &amp; Hassle about BT equipment 'Returns'</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted BT a few weeks ago about my broadband contract renewal that is due in October 2024. Before I knew it, I had been swept over to EE with a new contract (now that BT &amp;amp; EE are together, which I don't believe they are). Little did I know that I would be getting a new Smart Hub from EE, which meant that I had the inconvenience of changing out a hub (and not without hassle). I lost the use of my printer for several days due to **bleep** problems and password issues. I now don't have the use of my walk-about Panasonic phones because I need to buy an Analogue Converter ... grrr!&lt;BR /&gt;However, I am now getting 'warning flag' emails from EE (far too many) about BT equipment that is required to be returned. I have already returned it, with Proof Of Posting in-hand, although I expect EE will DD my bank account for said equipment 'not yet returned' and then I'll have to fight them to get that payment returned. I DON'T HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT EE GOING FORWARD!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also getting constant letters about returning.&amp;nbsp; Sent back on 25/5 in the returns bag with the label provided.&amp;nbsp; I didn't keep proof of postage as assumed this could be tracked at EE.&amp;nbsp; Why are you sending me so many reminders when you must be able to check?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
