Instead I was sold a switch from BT broadband to EE. This was the worst decision ever….. the salesman knew nothing…. He didn’t tell me my Hive system would be redundant so I no longer have control over my heating and hot water…. The signal is so weak I have to move the dongle up and gown my flat and even then it drops off all the time. I’m retirement age, and rarely does my phone signal or internet &nbsp;work….. I feel very vulnerable. I’ve only been able to post this as I’ve connected to a friends phone. I &nbsp;can’t believe how badly I’ve been treated …. Plus I’ve just seen on my internet banking that I’ve been charged by BT and EE!&nbsp;<BR />no one returns calls, all the complaints I make are never recorded on my file. I’m a vulnerable elderly lady living on my own and BT has just raised my anxiety levels so high that my gp has put me on medication.
