I have the 1.6gb pack and I got 300mbs speed but apparently I was supposed to get 1gb around ish minimum and now I get 30mbs and drops constantly which is very annoying

@Jjjj678 which router do you have and what are you using to test it?

Do you get the same on an ethernet connected device?

I'm not sure what I pressed but smart hub plus and Ethernet keeps pausing

@Jjjj678 do the lights on the router change colour when you have issues?

Is this a recent instal or have you had it for a while?

It sounds like you have a line fault so a call to the Broadband Care Team may be the quickest way to get it fixed.
