I need to return a redundant Smart Hub Plus but I haven't received a bag. I have accessed https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product which says 'If we've asked you to return equipment and you need another bag or need one sending to a different address, you can contact us on 0330 123 1105.' When I call that number there is no option even remotely connected to requesting a return bag. How do I order one?
