    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had to make 2 e e accounts to see bills&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tv broadband app shows wrong info&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e e couldn’t activate &amp;nbsp;Apple TV and have give up after 11 weeks and credited me so can watch Apple TV&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account merge never goes through&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had ee tv and broadband for a month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have no access to bills or plans &amp;nbsp;in login or app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;contract shows have discovery plus and Apple TV for 6 months keep contacting &amp;nbsp;ee but say need to use app but doesn’t show on the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can ee break contract like this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes online account and app both show no tv or broadband &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;so can’t activate discovery or Apple TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;called ee many times and they don’t seem to know how to sort this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like &amp;nbsp;this is a known issue but ee continue to start new contracts knowing they can’t supply what is sold.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would like to know what ee has to say other than it’s been like this for months and looking into it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No reply from ee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and ee said twice &amp;nbsp;there’s been a manual merge request on accounts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then be sorted on the 8th then the 12th now be weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://Just on the phone to ee said just wanted to add to notes " target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Just on the phone to ee &amp;nbsp;I said just wanted to add to notes &lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;lady put me on hold and after 1 hr 15 mins just got cut off at 9pm with no &amp;nbsp;communication&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still no solution after 5 weeks of &amp;nbsp;limited access &amp;nbsp;to bills and services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just keep getting told different things that don’t &amp;nbsp;happen or do what ee say&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spent about 8 hours on phone now and can’t be bothered to keep saying same things over to different people.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;As seems no clear communication or knowledge of what’s happening apart from been like it for months&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;no broadband or tv shows on online account so how can I activate anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Made new id on app now can activate discovery and see broadband &amp;nbsp;bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but now can’t see mobile account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can’t link products as either shows need to call &amp;nbsp;but they can’t link them or app shows already linked but mobile account is not there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and when click activate Apple TV on app &amp;nbsp;l just goes back to same page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
