      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT have recently transferred all my BTID information over to EE.&amp;nbsp; In doing so all the numbers I had on my Call Protect list have disappeared - neither can I view my bill from EE.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying to acquire a BTID but EE are telling me they do not recognise my account number - even though I have this number on a letter received.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
