    <description>&lt;P&gt;First thing to do is check what speed your router syncing at. So check that on the router page with the information on the card on the back of the router if you have the Smart Hub plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you run a speedtest via speedtest.net or similar sites what speed are you getting on wired (ethernet) devices vs wifi? If you're using Wifi there are many factors that can affect speed, such as distance from the router etc, but there is no information in the initial post to go on at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Above info on checking router page for speed is for VSDL (80MB) and not fibre, not clear which package you have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
