    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why are so many features on the website not working? If I try to go to the EE Broadband shop I get the following message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, looks like a technical error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and we’ll try to get things sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I dial the number and select the option for the visual service, I get sent a text message with a link that doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It defies belief that the website and customer services of a major internet service provider can be this full of technical glitches.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep. Tried both those suggestions and tried incognito mode. Still shows the same message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
