I’ve been lucky so far as I did the same and switched from BT to EE equipment, the only problem I had was getting the hybrid device to pair to the new hub, and after about 30mins is sorted itself out, and connected.

But can you load the EE hub manager and see what is going on there, as it’ll give you the uptime since the hub rebooted, and you could try and re-pairing the hybrid device to the hub.

Changed from BT to EE equipment wish I never bothered nothing but issues every night when I get home from work the broadband keeps dropping out even the smart hybrid connect doesn't work it just keeps flashing red on the 3 signal lines shows it's connected through. Never had a problem with BT in 5 years. I'm thinking of cancelling the new contract with EE go to a new broadband provider.

Anyone had the same issues with EE equipment.

Thanks
