    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently changed over to EE from BT in the hope to lower payments....paid my BT bill of £110 to 3 days later be charged a further £81 . This was not advised at time of transfer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the broadband has been awful since changeover too. Despite the multi room devices to help with connection throughoit our home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im considering cancelling service and going to a new supplier before cancellation fees kick in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise if they have had similar experiences and if they recommend alternative suppliers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3177659"&gt;@A75&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So your issue isn’t the broadband &amp;nbsp;it’s the &amp;nbsp;WiFi connection to the router/repeater. &amp;nbsp; Have you tried relocating the router as electronic devices can cause interference with Wi-Fi signals. Have you tried just turning the router off for 30+ seconds and then restarting it? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You’re not really gonna get a recommendation on a EE network forum for a different broadband provider as they wouldn’t be here as this is for EE not some other ISP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
