Hi

I recently upgraded to the Essentials: Full Fibre 150. Since receiving this new service randomly when going on certain websites or using certain software apps, it's like I have been disconnected from the internet, but the weird thing is that wifi is still connected. It's almost like I am getting random dropouts. I have noticed this also when I use wifi calling. Randomly, there will be a split second where the call dops connection and I may miss a word here and there of the person I'm speaking to. In addition to this, my children have also noticed this on their devices. I have done a line test through the EE automated service, and it says all is good on the line. I've also turned the Power Off the Smart Hub and waited and then turned it back on. I've also done a reboot through the Hub Manager.

Has anyone had any issue similar? Or can anyone suggest any other troubleshooting?

Hi

I have had this problem before, what you need to do is clear out the cookies in your web browser and that should cure the problem
