      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I became a new fibre broadband customer on 18th April 2024. Part of the offer was free Xbox game pass Ultimate for 6 months. I received ed email confirming I would receive further email in 14 days from activation of broadband to activate the game pass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received no further email. Therefore using the hyperlink i received in email on the 18/04 (please see screemshot) it takes me to my microsoft account where it is offering me only 1 month subscription not 6. I therefore did not press confirm and I am posting on here in hope anyone can help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined at the beginning of May 2024 and part of my broadband contract was a 12 month free XBOX game pass but I haven't heard anything!! Hopefully I will get my email soon.&amp;nbsp; Did EE sort it out for you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
