      <title>Cant look at my plans and subscriptions</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have migrated&amp;nbsp; from&amp;nbsp; BT to EE. I have received all my kit and it has been installed and working since Thursday. I have an EE ac - XXXXXXXXXX. I have installed the App. I cannot look at my broadband or virus under plans and subscriptions as "order is pending." I repeat, it is not, everything is up and running. Please fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
