Also mobile number or landline number?

Can anyone help me please!!

Basically left EE to go to Virgin Media but then came back to EE.

I’ve tried to port my old number back to EE, and they’re saying it can’t be done. They’ve sent 3 requests to Virgin Media and they’ve said virgin haven’t replied. I rang virgin media and they said EE haven’t requested a number port. No idea what’s going on between the two.

Now EE are saying they can’t try a fourth time and my number has been lost. I really don’t know what to do! My mum was reliant on that number and due to her having cancer, all the healthcare professionals she sees used that number to contact her.

Someone please help me

It’s a landline number. I’ve rang EE numerous times as well as Virgin. It’s ridiculous to think I’ve done everything possible and EE can’t even get a number port done properly
