    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bizarre is the only word I can use. My broadband stopped working. I contacted EE. They sent me a mini hub. The mini hub won't connect to a network. It has a BT SIM in it! I suspect the SIM is not activated. Phoned EE and after 15 mins they connected me to BT. BT can't help because I'm not a BT customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help! I've been trying to get an answer for over an hour now. I'm in a twilight zone...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
