<title>topic Smart Wifi Plus in Broadband &amp; Landline</title>
    <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/Smart-Wifi-Plus/m-p/1386654#M93986</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Why does my Smart Wifi Plus device show a permanent red light even when the transmission speed is 50+Mbps download and upload and the EE TV box is still showing as good connection? BTW I have already gone through the factory reset a couple of times with this box. Of the 3 Smart Wifi Plus boxes I have the other 2 are fine but this one needed re-setting at the very first time of use, as if it had already been used elsewhere. What do you recommend I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
